Britain’s favourite dunce Luke McQueen joins the Just Stop Oil movement, but risks alienating the cause further.

In Just Stop Oil. Please. Luke McQueen is Graham, the politest Just Stop Oil protester going. He reckons the movement has annoyed too many people, so he’s deploying a new tactic: disrupt as few people as possible. Cue a blockade of London’s quietest road, an interrupted five-a-side match, an attack on a tourist’s portrait he drew himself, and a dramatic final stand at the National Portrait Gallery. It’s protest, but considerate.
