One of the finest stand-ups in the world has a brand new special, and we were lucky enough to produce it.

We wanted White Elephant to look like no other comedy special.

We spent a lot of time with Sean’s set, then designed the stage as a late-nineties parents’ living room: orange armchairs, fringed lamps, a cathode-ray telly and a rug that has seen things. It’s there to put Sean in the family home, not to steal the show. We lit a black-box theatre to give it depth, kept the warmth in the grade, and picked every angle to complement Sean’s performance.
